摘要
介绍一种由AT89C55单片机、温度变送器、流量变送器、兼有A/D、D/A功能的TLC5618以及调节阀等实现的的导热油温度控制系统。该系统可以实现对导热油温度的实时控制与温度超限报警,系统含有键盘和显示电路,用来设定流量与温度值、显示实时监测的温度。
The heat transferring oil temperature control system is introduced in the paper, which is operated by the AT89C55 single-chip microcomputer along with temperature transmitter, flow transmitter, TLC5618 with A/D and D/A function and regulating valve etc. The real time control and temperature exceeding limit warning over the heat transferring oil are also executed by the system. The keyboard and display circuit are contained in the system, used for setting flow and temperature value, and showing the present detected temperature.
