电针夹脊穴对腰椎间盘突出症患者血浆一氧化氮及自由基代谢的影响 被引量:15

摘要 目的:观察电针夹脊穴对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者血浆一氧化氮(NO)和自由基代谢的影响及其疗效。方法:将68例LDH患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组32例进行比较,于治疗前、后分别测定患者NO、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)含量,并应用杨氏评分法进行疗效评定。结果:2组治疗后血浆SOD含量增高,NO和MDA含量减少,且治疗组与对照组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:电针夹脊穴可提高LDH患者血浆SOD活性,降低NO和MDA水平,增强机体抗氧化能力,减轻自由基的损害,临床疗效优于对照组。 Objective:To observe the influence of electroacupuncture at jiaji acupoint on the levels of NO,SOD and MDA in patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation.Methods:sixty-eight cases of LDH were randomly divided into treatment group(n=36) and control group(n=32).The levels of NO,SOD and MDA were measured before and after treatment.So as to assess the therapeutic effects using Yangshi quantitative evaluation scale.Results:The levels of SOD in the two groups increased after treatment while the levels of NO and MDA decreased.Compared with the control group,the levels of NO and MDA decreased more significantly and the activities of SOD were higher in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture at jiaji acupoint can decrease the level of NO and MDA,increase the level of SOD and increase the antioxidizaiton capacity to alleviate the damage by oxygen free radicals,yielding better therapeutic result than the routine intervention for patients with LDH.
