分组取穴、交替针刺并电针治疗面神经炎的临床观察

Clinical observation on needling and electroneedling alternatively two groups of acupoints on facial neruitis

目的:探寻治疗面神经炎更有效的方法。方法:将120例本病患者随机分为治疗组、对照组1组、对照组2组各40例。取穴分为2组,治疗组交替针刺并电针2组腧穴,对照1组交替针刺2组腧穴,对照2组每天针刺2组腧穴。观察3组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.5%,痊愈率为70.0%;对照1组总有效率为90.0%,痊愈率为40.0%;对照2组总有效率为87.5%,痊愈率为42.5%。经Ridit分析,治疗组与对照组1、2组疗效比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);对照1、2组疗效比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:分组取穴、交替针刺并电针是一种更有效的面神经炎疗法。

Objective:To search for a more effective therapy for facial neuritis.Methods:120cases of facial neruitis were randomly divided into an observation group,control group Ⅰ and control group Ⅱ,40 cases in each.The selected acupoints were divided into two groups.For the observation group,needling and electroneedling alternatively two groups of acupoints were administered;For control group Ⅰ,needling alternatively two groups of acupoints;For control group Ⅱ,needling two groups of acupoints daily.Their therapeutic effects were observed.Results:The total effective rate and the cured rate were respectively 97.5% and 70.0% in the observation group,90.0% and 40.0%in control group Ⅰ,87.5% and 42.5% in control group Ⅱ,with a very significant difference between the observation group and control group Ⅰ(P<0.01),and between the observation group and control group Ⅱ(P<0.01),but without between control group Ⅰ and control group Ⅱ(P>0.05).Conclusion:Needling and electroneedling alternatively two groups of acupoints is a more effective therapy for facial neuritis.
