Reasonable Adjustment of Income Distribution and Harmonious Society

我国的收入差距幅度太大,必须合理调整分配格局,因为它事关广大群众的切身利益和积极性的发挥,关系到全面建设小康社会和社会主义市场经济体制的完善。改革破除了平均主义“大锅饭”,却出现收入的贫富差距,并引发出一系列社会矛盾与问题。文章分析了我国分配关系中存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出了化解收入分配矛盾、构建社会主义和谐社会的思路及政策建议。

China＇s income gap is too big, so we must rationally adjust the distribution pattem because it influences the interests and the play of the enthusiasm of the broad masses, the comprehensive building of a comfortable society and the socialist market economic system. Breaking down the equalitarianism ＂big pot＂, but the income gap between rich and poor appeared and triggered a series of social contradictions and problems. The article analyzes the main problems of distribution relationship in our country, and puts forward some countermeasures to resolve these issues of income distribution contradictions and how to build a socialist harmonious society.
