人胎舌内NOS阳性神经元发育的免疫组化观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨人胎舌内NOS阳性神经元的发育规律。方法:免疫组织化学方法。结果:第3~4个月龄时,在舌肌和舌粘膜固有层可见到胞体较小,淡染的NOS阳性神经元,分布稀疏。第6~8个月龄时,舌肌组织中NOS阳性神经元数目明显增多,胞体略大,核大,胞质极少。第9~10个月龄时,舌枯膜固有层和舌肌组织内NOS阳性神经元胞体明显增大,细胞质也相应增多,舌肌组织中可见小的NOS阳性神经节分布。结论:舌内NOS阳性神经元的发育与舌粘膜和舌肌的发育密切相关。 Objective: To explore the rule of development of NOS positive neurons in tongue of human fetus. Methods : Immunohistochemical method was used for this study. Results: From the third to fourth month of the gestation, NOS positive neurons could be seen in the lamina propria of tongue mucosa. The bodies presented small with weak positive reaction of NOS and scattered distribution. From the sixth to eighth month of the gestation, the number of NOS positive neurons in the muscle of tongue increased obviously. The bodies developed a bit larger with growth of the nucleus while cytoplasm reduced exceedingly. From the ninth to tenth month of the gestation, the bodies of NOS positive neurons in the lamina proporia of lingual mucosa and the muscle of tongue enlarged obviously. The amount of cytoplasm increased relevantly and some small NOS positive ganglias gathered in the muscle of tongue. Conclusion : The development of NOS positive neurons in the tongue is closely connected with the development of mucosa and muscle of tongue.
