摘要
目的:探讨从本地区健康女性生殖道内分离的三株产过氧化氢乳酸杆菌的抗肿瘤作用及其对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法:建立KM小鼠宫颈癌U14移植瘤动物模型,随机分组,以模型组作为阴性对照组,设顺铂(Di-aminodichloroplatin,DDP)、卡介苗(BCG)作为阳性对照组;乳酸杆菌组小鼠腹腔注射乳酸杆菌1010个/只,连续10 d;测定肿瘤抑制率和腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率及吞噬指数;MTT法检测脾脏T、B淋巴细胞的增殖活性。结果:与模型组比较,三株乳酸杆菌处理组小鼠的腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数均明显增高;小鼠脾脏的T、B淋巴细胞的增殖活性均显著增强;小鼠的U14移植瘤生长均受到抑制。结论:我们分离的三株阴道乳酸杆菌能够明显抑制小鼠宫颈癌U14的生长;能够增强荷瘤小鼠巨噬细胞和淋巴细胞活性,可能是阴道乳酸杆菌抗癌机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the antitumor effect and immune regulation of the vaginal lactobacillus on the KM mice thansplanted with U14 cells. Methods: The KM mice which had been transplanted with U14 cells were divided into 6 groups at random. Model group, BCG group, DDP group and three groups of lactobacillus . The mice of lactohacillus groups were injected 1010 each with lactohacillus into peritoneum for 10 days successively. Then, the inhibitory rate, the 0. phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of peritoneal macrophages were detected. MTT assay were adopted to observe the activity of T, B lymphocytes. Results : Activated by lactobacillus, the level of the phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of macrophages were distinctly higher than that in the model group . The three strains of lactobacillus can all increase the activity of T, B lymphocytes and had greatly significant antitumor effect on KM mice bearing U14. However , no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05) was found among them in antitumor effect. Conclusion: The vaginal lactobacillus isolated showes a marked inhibition effect on the U14 cells and improvement of immune function of the mice, which may be one of the antitumor mechanisms of lactobacillus.
