CT引导微创穿刺抽吸术治疗高血压性脑出血

CT-guided minimally invasive aspiration surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

目的:研究CT引导下锥颅微创穿刺抽吸引流术治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效。方法:对23例急性重症脑出血患者,通过CT引导下进行微创脑内血肿穿刺抽吸引流术分别于入院时、术后4周按统一标准进行神经功能缺损评分。结果:对23例高血压性脑出血病人实施微创术后,18例存活,按ADL分级:I级5例,Ⅱ级4例,Ⅲ级7例,Ⅳ级2例,5例死亡。结论:采用CT引导微创穿刺抽吸术是治疗高血压性脑出血的新途径,是一项比较安全、操作简便、更适用于基层医院的较为理想的治疗方法。

Objective：To explore the curative effect by CT- guided minimally invasive aspiration surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage（H1CH）. Methods： Twenty-three patients with H1CH were operated on through CT-guided minimally invasive aspiration technology and those cases were scored in terms of nerve dysfunctions before operation and 4 weeks after surgery respectively. Results： 18 cases in 23 survived the surgery, among which were in grade 1 （5 cases）, grade 11（4 cases）, grade 111（7 cases） and grade 1V（2 cases） respectively by ADL. 5 cases died after operation. Conclusion： CT- guided minimally invasive aspiration surgery for H1CH appears safe and effective and simple in the reduction of H1CH volume, It＇ s one of ideal therapy techniques for H1CH.
