高原缺氧环境成年男性精子的计算机辅助分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:了解长期缺氧暴露对成年男性精子功能参数的影响。方法:以28名留驻海拔5300m1-3年的健康成年男性青年为高原组,以生活在海拔1300m的31名同龄成年男性为对照组。常规收集精液标本,采用计算机辅助精液分析(CASA)系统对精子功能进行实时动态参数分析。结果:高原组的精子密度明显低于对照组(P〈0.05),精子活率低于对照组但未见显著差异。高原组精子运动的轨迹速度(VCL)、直线速度(VSL)、角速度(VAP)和直线运动率(LIN)参数均存在明显下降的趋势(P〈0.01)。结论:长期驻留高原缺氧环境对成年男性的精子功能有负面影响。 Objective: To explore the influence of long - term hypoxia exposure on the function of sperm of mature males. Methods:A total of 28 adult males stayed at altitude of 5 300 m for 1 to 3 years were recruited as highaltitude group and 31 age -matched young men living at altitude of 1 300 m were served as control group. Semen specimens were collected by routine method, and real - time semen analysis was performed by using computerassisted semen analysis (CASA) system. Results: The sperm density in high - altitude group was significantly lower than that in control group (P 〈 0.05 ). The ratio of living sperm in high - altitude group was lower than that in control group, without significant difference. There were obviously decreasing tendencies in curvilinear velocity ( VCL), straight - line velocity ( VSL), average path velocity (VAP) and linearity ( LIN ) compared with control group (P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion:Long -term staying at hypoxia high altitude has multiple negative effects on sperm function of mature males.
