三康胶囊对高原人体运动一氧化氮及其合酶的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨三康胶囊对高原人体运动一氧化氮(NO)及其合酶(NOS)的影响。方法:对进驻海拔3 700 m高原1年的10名健康青年在服药前和服药第15天分别采用功率自行车进行渐增负荷运动,测定血清NO和NOS的含量。结果:服药前运动后NO及NOS分别为(77.10±8.11)μmol/L及(56.29±6.28)U/m l,服药后运动后NO及NOS分别为(101.02±6.49)μmol/L及(71.40±7.23)U/m l,两组间具有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:三康胶囊能增强高原运动时NOS活性,NO合成增加,降低氧耗,提高机体免疫力。 Objective: To explore the effect of Sankang capsule on nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) of human being after load exercise at high altitude. Methods: Ten young soldiers stayed at high altitude of 3 700 m for 1 year underwent load exercise tests with the EGM bicycle ergometer. Activities of NO and NOS were measured before administration and after taking drug for 15 days. Results: The levels of NO and NOS before administration and after taking drug for 15 days were 77.10 ± 8.11 μmol/L vs 101.02 ±6.49 μmol/L ( P 〈 0.01) ,and 56.29 ±6.28 U/ml vs 71.40 ±7.23 U/ml (P 〈0.01), respectively. Conclusion: Sankang capsule can improve NOS activity during load exercise at high altitude, increase synthesis of NO, reduce oxygen depletion, and enhance immune function.
