保障农民工权益与建设社会主义新农村具有内在适应性。当前,由于体制、组织和自身原因,农民工的经济、政治、社会及人身权益受损现象仍普遍存在。因此,应采取一系列对策,切实保障农民工的合法权益,推进社会主义新农村建设。
