摘要
通过将经耐酸、耐胆汁盐筛选的15株乳酸菌利用HT-29细胞系进行肠道吸附能力的体外筛选试验,结果得到具有较强吸附能力的菌株7株;同时对益生菌的吸附特性进行了初步的探讨。
15 strains lactic bacteria, which have been passed through the tests of acid-resistent and bile salt-resistent, were selected by adhesive ability to HT-29 cell system in vitro; As a results, 7 strains lactic bacteria were found to have a better adhesive ability. Meanwhile, the adhesive characteristics were discussed initially.
