不同温度冲调对婴儿配方奶粉中微生物及相关质量的影响

选择国内市场上多个品牌8种婴儿配方奶粉(适合0～6个月婴儿),在21℃,厂家推荐冲调温度(55℃左右)以及沸水(95℃)3种不同温度下冲调,研究了冲调温度对奶粉中微生物的影响。同时对不同冲调温度下奶粉中的部分维生素VA,VB1,VB2,VE,VC损失情况进行了检测,结果表明,除VC在高温时损失明显外,其他几种维生素变化不显著。

The total number of bacteria, mold, yeast and E, Cob of 8 kinds of selected infant formula milk powder of several brands from the Chinese market, for 0 to 6 months infants, are determined with the preparing water about 21 ℃, 55 ℃ and 95 ℃, and the difference is analyzed.
