不同温度冲调对婴儿配方奶粉中微生物及相关质量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 选择国内市场上多个品牌8种婴儿配方奶粉(适合0~6个月婴儿),在21℃,厂家推荐冲调温度(55℃左右)以及沸水(95℃)3种不同温度下冲调,研究了冲调温度对奶粉中微生物的影响。同时对不同冲调温度下奶粉中的部分维生素VA,VB1,VB2,VE,VC损失情况进行了检测,结果表明,除VC在高温时损失明显外,其他几种维生素变化不显著。 The total number of bacteria, mold, yeast and E, Cob of 8 kinds of selected infant formula milk powder of several brands from the Chinese market, for 0 to 6 months infants, are determined with the preparing water about 21 ℃, 55 ℃ and 95 ℃, and the difference is analyzed. Also the difference is compared that the content of vitamins such as VA, VB1, VB2, VE, Vc when the infant formula milk powder is prepared by the sterilized water about 21 ℃, 55 ℃ and 95 ℃. And except VC reduced obviously in 95 ℃, other vitamins changed slightly,
