摘要
结合包钢目前水泥的配送路线的现状,根据配送中心的运输能力和配送中心到各个用户之间的距离,采用节约法制定使总的车辆运输的吨公里数最小的配送方案,并在模型中引入路况系数进行调整,对水泥的配送路线进行了优化设计,该方案实施后,大大降低了配送费用,并为今后的包钢辅助材料的配送方案的制定和实施奠定了一定的基础。
In this paper, economical method was used to optimize the cement delivery route on the basis of the current cement delivery route of Baotou Iron & Steel (Group) Co. ,Ltd. The proposal was applied and reduced the delivery cost evidently.
