针对首都土地储备制度存在的问题,从土地储备立法等方面对北京土地储备制度进行了研究,提出北京土地储备有一定借鉴价值的建议。

With the reform in land management and accelerating of urbanized progress, the land reserve system in Beijing plays an important role in developing capital economy. At the same time, some problems rises. This article focus on it from the legislation of land reserve, and carrys out referenced-value suggestion for the land reserve system in Beijing.
