摘要
利用CAD软件对增压器各部件进行三维实体造形,并运用大型有限元分析软件对叶轮大小叶片进行模态分析,得到叶片的各阶固有频率及相应振型,还考虑了应力刚化和旋转软化对运动状态下叶片固有频率的影响,通过增压器工作转速分析了叶片的共振频率,为增压器叶片的优化设计提供了依据。
The 3D models for all parts of the turbo-charger are built up by using CAD software, the modes on the blades of compressor are analysed by using FEM software, therefore, the blade' s natural frequency of each rank and their corresponding vibration modes are gained, The effects of stress stiffness and rotating softness on the blades natural frequency while compressor in real operation condition are also analysed at the same time. The resonance frequency is gained under the working speed, which will sever as an optimal design basis for some type of blades of turbo-charger.
