摘要
采用渗碳工艺处理高速钢,目的是提高其表面硬度,保持心部韧性,在低于相变温度下进行缓慢低温渗碳,取得最佳的表面含碳量及渗碳深度,从而使高速钢钻头切削性能比原来提高1.5~2.5倍,使用寿命提高了2倍,处理后的高速钢钻头,极大地降低了孔的加工成本,对大批量生产线高硬度调质材料孔的加工具有推广价值。
The carburizing process in which high speed steel is slowly carburized below transformation temperature is used to obtain optimum case carbon and more depth of carburizing. The capability of high speed steel drill bit has been increased bv 1.5 - 2.5 times and its service life by 2 times, so the holes processing cost can be reduced greatly. The carburing process is of promotion value for mass production of quenching and tempering material.
