摘要 为了加强前馈控制在带钢终轧温度控制中的作用,提高机架间喷水冷却控制精度,分析了带钢在机架间运行过程中的速度变化规律,将带钢在精轧机架间的冷却过程划分为多个冷却计算单元,阐述了机架间微跟踪策略的原理,给出了合理的通条带钢机架间微跟踪方法.使用实验室已开发的热带终轧温度模拟运行软件,结合国内某厂现场数据,进行了机架间温度控制模拟计算,计算结果优于现场实测数据. Analyzing the change of strip inter-stand running speed, the cooling process if strip between finishing stands is divided into several segments for calculation. Describes the principle of inter-stand micro tracking and shows the way of rational inter-stand micro tracking for the whole strip. A simulation software for the finishing temperature during strip hot rolling was developed and used combining with the in-site technical data provided by a steel mill to calculate simulatively the control of interstand temperature. The calculated results are proved superior to those measured in site.
