摘要
以某企业制造过程管理与资源优化系统研究与开发为背景,分析了制造业车间质量管理现状和系统应具有的功能,建立了完整的车间级质量管理系统功能模型和信息模型.在此基础上,基于组件技术和Web的Windows DNA体系结构,开发了面向制造业信息化的车间质量管理系统,实现了与其他子系统间的有效信息集成,并在生产实际中得到了应用.
Taking account of the R & D of manufacturing-process management and optimization of resource configuration system in an enterprise, the current situation of workshop's quality management and the functions the quality management system should serve for manufacturing are analyzed to develop a functional model and information model for building the workshop's integrated quality management system. Based on the architecture of Windows DNA system for Web and component technology, a workshop-oriented informative quality management system is developed and integrated with other management subsystems for manufacturing industry. It has been put into actual production.
