中学课余运动队队员攻击性行为调查与对策研究——以河南省开封市部分学校为例

Research and Countermeasures on the Aggressive Behaviors of the Sports Members in the After-school Sports Teams in Middle Schools——Based on the facts in Kaifeng city,Henan provice

通过文献资料调研、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对中学课余运动队队员和普通学生攻击性行为(包括外显性攻击和关系性攻击)进行了调查和数据的对比分析,发现两个群体男女性别之间攻击性类型趋势相仿:男同学有较高的外显性攻击倾向,女同学表现出较高的关系性攻击倾向。同时还发现:男性训练队成员与普通男生在攻击性上无明显差异,女性训练队成员与普通女生相比有较为明显的外显性攻击。基于此,应提高周围教育者对攻击性行为的认识,树立良好榜样,作好暴力事件的结果反馈以及建立同龄人之间的良性沟通桥梁等。

Through the research on the literature materials, the questionnaires and the data statistics, this essay provides the comparative analyses on the aggressive behaviors of the sports members in the after - school sports teams in middle schools. It is found that the aggressive tendencies in the two sexual groups have certain similarity： male students have higher extrovert aggressive tendency and female students have higher relative aggressive tendency; meanwhile it is found that the male sports members have similar aggressive behaviors with common male students while the female sports members have the obvious higher aggressive tendency than common female students. So the author provides the following countermeasures： to give the educators the certain recognitions of the aggressive behaviors, to set good examples, to emphasize the result feedbacks and to build the nice communication bridge among the peers etc.
