不对称级联逆变器的并联电能质量调节器 被引量:1

摘要 针对传统结构的有源滤波器(APF)具有运行效率较低、难于实现大容量化等问题,提出了基于不对称级联多电平逆变器的并联型电能质量调节器(PQC)及其控制系统.在PQC中,不对称级联多电平逆变器的各单元逆变器的输出额定电压呈3的幂次方增长,N个单元逆变器的级联可以输出3N电平的阶梯波电压,具有良好的波形跟踪能力.PQC可以同时用于电力系统无功、谐波及不对称补偿,具有响应速度快、补偿效果好、运行效率高和易于实现大容量化等优点.数学推导和仿真分析验证了其正确性. A power quality conditioner (PQC) based on asymmetry cascade multilevel inverter is presented to overcome the disadvantages of the traditional shunt active power filter (APF), including low operating efficiency and difficult to implement in large scale. In the presented PQC, the output voltages of the voltage source inverter units of the asymmetry cascade multilevel inverter are scaled in the power of 3, which enables the multilevel inverter with N inverter units to output the N-th power of 3 levels of voltage. This PQC can realize the compensation of reactive power, harmonics, and unbalance currents generated by the unbalanced nonlinear load. The PQC has many technical advantages, such as fast response, good compensation performance, high operating efficiency, and easy to implement in large scale. The digital simulations verify the feasibility of this approach.
