Effect of Nursing Intervention on Rehabilitation of the Children with Pneumonia

目的探讨护理干预对儿童肺炎康复的影响。方法将76例儿童肺炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组常规应用抗生素及口服化痰药物治疗。观察组在常规治疗的基础上,加用雾化吸入、体位引流及胸背部叩击振动排痰。结果观察组与对照组在体温恢复正常的平均时间、体温正常率及6天后胸片状况的改变上有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论护理干预有利于肺炎患儿康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of the nursing intervention on rehabilitation of the children with pneumonia. Methods 76 cases of children with pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases of children with pneumonia in the experiment group received additional nursing intervention including aerosol inhalation, postural drainage and chest physiotherapy on the base of routing drug treatment, while 36 cases in the control group only received the routing drug treatment. Results The normalizing time of body temperature and chest radiography of the two groups were compared . There were significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion Appropriate nursing intervention is beneficial for the rehabilitation of the children with pneumonia.
