Comparison of Two Blood Sampling Methods in Neonatal Disease Screening

目的通过改进采血方法,缩短采血时间,提高采血的成功率。方法将693例足月新生儿随机分成实验组与对照组,实验组新生儿改进采血方法,观察其采血时间和采血成功率的变化。结果实验组采血时间和采血成功率明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论采用改进的采血方法,有助于新生儿筛查的成功率。

Objective To explore the appropriate method of blood sampling in neonatal disease screening, which can shorten the time for blood sampling and improve the success rate of first puncture. Methods 693 newborns were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. Before blood sampling, hot compress was conducted in the control group, while massage was performed in the experimental group. The time for blood sampling and the success rate of first puncture of the two groups were compared. Results There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. The methods performed in the experimental group was prior to that in the control group. Conclusion The modified method we performed can improve success rate of neonatal disease screening.
