115例宫颈癌患者术后膀胱功能锻炼与康复指导

Guidance of Functional Training of Bladder for Patients with Cervical Carcinoma Undergoing Radical Hysterectomy

目的探讨宫颈癌患者术后促进膀胱功能恢复的护理,减少尿潴留发生。方法指导患者提升与收缩骨盆底肌肉,尽可能坚持10s,然后放松4s,重复进行,每次坚持5min,并配合耐力练习和速度练习,加强括约肌功能对膀胱、尿道提供支持。结果115例宫颈癌术后38例出现不同程度尿潴留,通过再次留置导尿管,锻炼膀胱功能均恢复健康,3例出现顽固性尿潴留,其中1例保留尿管达50天并进行中医、物理治疗痊愈出院。结论术后加强膀胱功能锻炼是改善宫颈癌患者生活质量的关键。

Objective To explore the nursing care of cervical carcinoma patients undergoing radical hysterectomy in order to promote the recovery of bladder function and decrease the occurrence of urinary retention. Methods Under directions, pelvic floor muscle exercise was done in all 115 cases of cervical carcinoma patients undergoing radical hysterectomy in order to improve the myodynamia of pelvic floor muscles. Results 38 cases of patients suffered from postoperative urinary retention and there were 3 cases of patients with refractory urinary retention in the 38 cases. All the 38 Rases recovered with normal urinary function after repeat indwelling urinary catheter and functional training of bladder.
