在信息化社会,信息含量决定商品价值,沟通创造百货商场的价值。百货商场创造与消费者的沟通价值,主要通过商场内外直接环境和人员服务两种形式。有效的沟通是全方位全过程的。商场需要不断寻找新的变式,保证沟通给企业带来直接利益的同时,还能不断增强和顾客之间的情感联系。
In IT society, the information content decides the commodity value, and communication creates the value of a department store. The department store sets up commtmication value with the consumers, by directly two forms, the inside and outside atmospheres and personnel serves through the market. The effective communication is the omni - directional entire process. The market needs to seek the new variant unceasingly. It is sure that communication bring the direct benefit to both the enterprises and or can also enhance relation between our store's and customer's.
