摘要
本文讨论了在全国经济持续高速增长的大背景下．如何正确看待东部与中西部地区经济发展差距不断扩大的问题。对如何缩小地区差距．促进区域经济协调发展提出了一些建议。最后结合对中国跨世纪发展的国际国内环境分析、提出了中国跨世纪发展的区域政策框架。
In this paper under the background of China economy sustainable rapid growth since 1978, we discussed the way for recognizing disparity among regions of China correctly. In addition. we give our suggestions on decreasing disparity among regions and improving regional development harmoniously. And also.on the base of analysis civil and international environment during China cross -century development. China regional policy principle has been given.
