摘要
本文在对不同时期我国城市土地配置模式与特点进行分析的基础上．指出了城市土地优化配置的关键在于推行土地配置市场化．提出了城市土地优化配置的目标及其实现途径。
In this paper the patterns and characteristics of urban land disposition of China in different periods are analysed. It is pointed out that the key of the optimal disposition of urban land is to implement marketification of land is to implement marketificatian of land dispositian. Finally.the objectives and ways of optimal disposition of urban land are put forward.
