心理治疗合并万拉法新对脑卒中后抑郁的随机对照研究

A randomly comparative study of psychotherapy plus venlafaxime in the treatment of post-stroke depression

目的评价心理治疗合并万拉法新治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效。方法将68例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为对照组和研究组,分别给予单用万拉法新治疗(对照组)、心理治疗合并万拉法新(研究组),共6周。用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和临床疗效总评量表(CGI-SI)进行评定,副作用用副反应量表(TESS)评定。结果治疗6周后,研究组HAMD、CGI-SI评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01、P<0.05);临床疗效好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理治疗合并万拉法新治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效较好。

Objective To compare the effect of psychotherapy plus venlafaxime in the treatment of post-stroke depression. Methods 68 patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group were given psychotherapy plus venlafaxime, the control group were given venlafaxime only for 6 weeks. The efficacy was assessed by Hamailton Depression Rating Scale （HAMD） and Clinical Global Impression（CGI）. The side effects were assessed by Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale （TESS）. Results The score of HAMD and CGI of the treatment group was significantly lower after 6 weeks than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ,P 〈 0. 05）. The therapeutic efficacy in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions Psychotherapy plus Venlafaxime has better effect in treatment of post-stroke depression.
