康复训练减轻慢性精神分裂症致残疾的对照分析

Control analysis on rehabilitation training for alleviating the deformity caused by chronic schizophrenia

目的了解对慢性精神分裂症患者进行系统的康复训练在减轻精神残疾、改善阴性症状及提高日常生活能力方面的作用。方法将系统进行康复训练6个月的53例慢性精神分裂症患者与57例未进行系统康复训练的患者用SDSS、SANS、ADL等量表进行评定,并将两组评定的结果进行比较分析。结果康复训练组中度以上的残疾均少于对照组,无残疾者则多于对照组;SANS、ADL的得分都显著低于对照组,差异有非常显著性意义。结论对慢性精神分裂症患者进行系统的康复训练,可减轻或延缓患者的精神残疾,使他们的阴性症状获得改善并显著地提高患者的日常生活能力。

Objective To know the effect of rehabilitation training on alleviating mental disabilities, ameliorating the negative symptoms and improving the daily living ability in patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods 53 patients with chronic schizophrenia with 6 months of systemic rehabilitation training and 57 patients with chronic schizophrenia with no systemic rehabilitation training were assessed using the SDSS, SANS and ADL. The assessment results of the two groups were compared. Results The deformity over middle level in the rehabilitation--training group was low than that in the control group, and the patients with no deformity were more than that in the control group. The scores of SANS and ADL were significantly lower than those in the control group, and there was a very significant meaning. Conclusions The systemic rehabilitation training to the patients with chronic schizophrenia can mitigate or delay the mental disabilities, ameliorate the negative syndromes and improve the daily living ability of the patients.
