Comment on the teachers' part-time undertaking in vocational colleges

高职教师兼职创业问题,一直是高职领导在管理过程中觉得十分棘手的事情。现在教育部已经明确,鼓励教师兼职创业。这并不等于高职院校可以完全放开对教师的约束,相反,更应加强对兼职创业教师的引导和管理。

It is a difficulty for leaders of vocational college to manage the matters of teschers＂ part2time jobs. Nowadays, the Ministry of Education encourages demonstrably the teachers to start a part-time undertaking. However, this doesn＇t mean that the teachers are free to do so in vocational colleges; on the contrary, the leading and management of teachers who start a part-time undertaking should be strengthened.
