摘要
该文试图从管理心理学的角度,以人性化管理为切入点,以高校后勤管理为背景,以饮食工作为立足点,论述如何运用管理心理学的相关知识来从事高校饮食管理。
Based on the theory of management psychology, this paper tries to study how to conduct college diet management. It is as well concerned with the following aspects, such as human-oriented management, service for college staff and students, and diet service.
