采用文献资料法、调查访问法、数理统计法、理论分析法等科研方法,从发展现状、发展过程中存在的问题以及未来发展对策等三个层面对我国体育社会指导员的发展进行了分析和研究,以期能对我国社会指导员的管理提供参考。

By the methods d literature review, investigation, mathematical statistic and theoretical analysis, from the factors of status of quo, the problem and the countermeasure of developing, this article analyzed and studied the development of social sport instructor in our country, in order to give some advice for the management d social sport instructor.
