The author puts forward the following views. The imperfect theory of centraliged national system primarily causes the problems of the current sports management. The reforms of politics, economy and culture greatly impact the process of perfecting centraliged national System. The diversity of interest subjects results in the difficulty in combining chinese sports resources that curbs the process of perfecting China＇ s centraliged national system, centraliged national system benefits single objects. There exists the contradiction between the people＇s growing needs of sports and the realization of multiple functions of centraliged national system.
