山东省三孔啤酒厂职工体育的效益双约束机制研究

采用问卷调查法、文献资料法和访谈法等,对山东省三孔啤酒厂职工体育的效益双约束机制状况进行了研究,指出其存在的不足,提出了从事职工体育活动的基本措施,为全面实行职工体育的效益双约束机制、开展职工体育活动提供参考。

With the methods of questionnaire and investigation,it made a study of double restrict mechanism of the benefit of worker sports at Shandong Sankong Brewery. It pointed out its existing deficiency, put forward a basic measure engaged in worker＇ s sport activity and offered a reference for implementing the double restrict mechanism of the benefit of worker sports and developing the activity of worker＇ s sports in an all - round way.
