On A few Issues of Strengthening Construction of Ruling Ability of CCP

加强党的执政能力建设需要把马克思主义的基本原理与中国共产党执政的实际结合起来,正确认识党的执政基础的现状,在科学执政理论创新、政治体制改革、保持党的先进性方面建构党的执政能力的理念。同时加强党的执政能力建设要见成效,以取信于民,体现党的领导水平和执政能力。

It is needed to combine with foundation theory of Marxism and ruling condition of CCP for strengthening construction of ruling ability of CCP, which cognitive the condition, and set up the theory of ruling ability of CCP on the abse of respects such as science ruling theory innovation, political institutions reform, maintain advantage of CCP. Meanwhile, we should gain some achievements, confided by people, embody leadership level and ruling ability.
