The Characteristics and Estimating Model of Logistics Customer Service Cost

摘要 物流客户服务成本是广义物流成本的重要组成部分,通过分析物流客户服务成本的形成过程和特点,初步推断出典型客户生命周期下物流客户服务成本与物流服务水平的量化函数关系,以及一定物流服务水平下的物流客户服务成本的估算模型。 Logistics customer service cost is an important constituent part of Logistics cost in broad sense. Through analyzing the forming process and characteristics of Logistics customer service cost, the quantitative functional relation between Logistics customer service cost and Logistics service level is deduced initially under the typical customer lifecycle , and the estimating model of Logistics customer service cost which is under certain Logistics ser- vice level is inferred as well.
