在分析传统企业供应链管理的基础上,结合目前制造业企业内部供应链管理系统的特点,提出以订单为中心的企业内部供应链系统的内涵,并就该供应链管理系统的设计进行了研究,从企业内部供应链的角度将管理系统分成四大模块,对各模块的特点和功能进行了分析和设计,目的是有效地降低企业运营成本,提高企业运营效率。
