现代西方政治哲学视野中的和谐观体现为政治行为的有序性、多元主义共识的包容性、社会关系的伦理协调性等方面。它是政治伦理的基本范畴,是一种肯定性的价值判断,是政治活动的一种“善”,体现了政治主体的价值目标和政治理想。但这种政治理想并不能满足人们对幸福生活的持久增升的价值期待。

From the western modem political philosophy perspective, harmonious view embodies the order of political behavior, the combination of diverse doctrines, and the coordination of social ethics. It is the basic category of the political ethics, a positive judgment of value, and a kind of ＂kindness＂ of political activities. Although it embodies the value target and political ideal of the political subjects, it cant satisfy the people~ expectation of the constantly increasing happiness.
