头颈肿瘤患者颈动脉切除可行性的术前评估 被引量:7

摘要 颈动脉切除对于治疗头颈部肿瘤有着重要意义,但如缺乏有效的术前评估,脑神经并发症发生率在17%~30%,死亡率可高达64%。1911年Matas首先介绍了利用手指体外按压颈总动脉的方法来检测颈动脉切除耐受性的方法。随着血管外科和介入技术的发展,1970年Serbinenko率先利用带球囊的导管进行血管内的动脉阻断,该方法被广泛用于血管外科,并逐渐发展成为目前的球囊阻断试验(balloon test occlusion,BTO),BTO虽然大大提高了预测的准确性,
