可吸收髓内针在四肢长骨干骨折中的应用

Application of absorbable intramedullary nail in the treatment of extremity long bone diaphyseal fracture

目的 观察可吸收髓内针在四肢长骨干骨折中应用的疗效。方法 23例四肢长骨干骨折应用可吸收髓内针内固定。其中，胫骨干骨折18例，肱骨干骨折5例；胫骨骨折中粉碎性骨折8例。结果 随访8-31个月。术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合，无切口感染及肿胀积肥液，无骨骼炎，畸形愈合及骨不连接发生，无毒性反应及副作用，患肢功能良好。结论 可吸收髓内针是治疗四肢长骨干骨折较理想的一种内固定方法。

Objective To study the effect of absorbable intramedullary nail in the treatment of extremity long hone diaphyseal fracture. Methods 23 cases of long bone diaphyseal fractures were treated with absorbable intramedullary nail fixatoin, which included 18 tibial and 5 humeral diaphyseal fractures, 8 tibial fractures were comminuted. Results All cases were followed up for 8-31 months. All incisions healed primarily. No osteomyelitis, malunion or nonunion was found. No toxic reaction or side effect was found. The limb function recovery was good. Conclusions It is a kind of treatment for extremity long bone diaphyseal fracture with absorbable intramedullary nail.
