Treatment of Pain due to Vertebral Metastases Using CT-guided Percutaneous Vertebroplasty

摘要 目的:探讨CT引导下经皮穿刺椎体成形术(PVP)治疗脊椎转移瘤晚期疼痛的方法和效果。方法:回顾性分析27例脊椎转移瘤患者在CT引导下行经皮穿刺椎体成形术的镇痛效果和并发症。结果:27例35个椎体CT下穿刺准确率100%。术后患者均有不同程度的疼痛缓解。1个月时疼痛完全缓解(CR)19例,部分缓解(PR)8例。结论:CT引导下椎体成形术操作简便、安全、镇痛效果好,对提高患者的生存质量有很好的应用价值。 Objective:To evaluate the usefulness of CT-guided percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) in treating the pain resulting from vertebral metastases. Methods: The pain relief efficacy and complications of CT-guided PVP was analyzed retrospectively in 27 patients with vertebral metastases. Results:The accuracy of percutaneous punctures was 100% in 35 vertebrae of 27 patients. After PVP, the pain in all patients subsided gradually. The treatment effects included:CR in 19 cases and PR in 8 after one month. Conclusion:CT-guided PVP is a simple and safe method to relieve pain. It is also effective to improve the life quality of patients with vertebral metastases.
