摘要
锯链的摩擦损失不同于一般的摩擦损失，它包括相对运动表面的摩擦损失和冲击损失两个因素。用测定驱动链轮轴功率和净切削功率的方法可计算出摩擦损失功率和摩擦阻力。国产和进口锯链的测定值表明，链速和安装张力对锯链的摩擦阻力和摩擦功率都有很大的影响，其变化规律比较复杂。
The friction loss of saw chain is different from general friction loss,it contains relative motion surface friction loss and shock loss two factors.We could calculate friction loss power and friction resistance by measuring data of drire chain wheel shaft power and net cut power.Measuring data of home made and import saw chain showed that chain speed and installation tension had bigger effect on saw chain friction resistance and friction power,change rule of them is complicated.
