摘要
[目的]了解3种不同手术方式对活体关节软骨的影响。[方法]用光镜、扫描电镜及生物化学方法观察3种手术后不同时点兔膝关节软骨的结构及基质蛋白多糖的变化。[结果]3种手术对关节软骨都会造成损伤,使蛋白多糖的含量降低,暴露组造成不可逆性损伤,保护组和灌注组造成可逆性损伤,灌注组软骨损伤最轻、恢复最快。[结论]3种关节手术均会造成关节软骨损伤,关节灌注组的影响最小。
[ Objective] To investigate the effects of three diferent mimic operations on articular cartilage[ AC] of rabbits. [ Method] Thirty-six rabbits were ramdonly divided into 3 mimic knee operation groups: Group A knee AC exposed to air, group B exposed knee AC covered with gauze for protection, and group C, two bolls made in lateral and medial aspects of knee for 300 ml normal saline drianage to mimic arthroscope operation. All mimic operations lasted for 2-hours AC of medial femoral condyle was taken for microscopic and scan eletron microscopic examination and other knee AC for proteoglycan analysis. [ Result] All knee AC were injured after 3 different mimic operations with irreversible cartilage damage shown in group A and with reversible cartilage damage in group B and group C, but least damage and factest recuperation in group C. [ Conclusion] Three mimic knee joint operation all result in the AC damage with the least damage and faetest recuperation of AC in mimic arthroscopic drainage.
