摘要
在温度392℃、应变速率1.69×10-2s-1条件下对Zr41.2Ti13.8Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5非晶合金进行静液挤压,非晶合金前半部分产生均匀塑性变形,甚至出现了非晶填充φ3 mm测温孔的现象。根据不同的挤压比,研究了不同变形量非晶合金的热稳定性情况。铸态非晶合金的过冷温度区间明显大于挤压态。在同一变形条件下,虽然变形量不同,但是过冷温度区间基本不变。根据DSC曲线,绘制了非晶合金不同变形量与其特征温度的关系曲线。
Zr41.2Ti13.8Ni12.5Cu10Be22.5 bulky metallic glass (BMG) was hydrostatically extruded at 392 ℃ and 1.69 × 10^-2s^-1 strain rate. The first half part of the bulky metallic glass was deformed uniformly, and the phenomena, which the bulky metallic glass fill in temperature measuring pole with Ф3 mm, also appear. Based on the various extrusion rate, the thermal stability of the bulky metallic glass with different deformation was studied. The supercooled temperature range of the as-cast bulky metallic glass is obviously higher than that at extrusion state. At the same deformation condition, the supercooled temperature range is almost invariable although deformation degree are different. The variation of characteristic temperature with different deformation was given based on DSC curve.
