摘要
在钒含量10%的条件下,采用铸造方法制备了碳含量1.58%~2.92%的高钒高速钢冷轧辊试样,应用自制设备WM-1型轧辊摩擦磨损试验机研究了碳含量对高钒高速钢耐磨性的影响,并与高铬铸铁(Cr20)进行了耐磨性与磨损机理的对比研究。结果表明:在试验条件下,含碳量为2.58%的高钒高速钢耐磨性最佳,其耐磨性为高铬铸铁的5倍。高钒高速钢与高铬铸铁轧辊试样的磨损机理均为高应力下的接触疲劳剥落。
The cold roll samples of high vanadium high speed steel with various carbon contents (1.58 ~ 2.92%) were prepared using casting method at the constant 10 wt% V. The effect of carbon contents on the wear resistance was examined by applying the self made apparatus of WM-1 roll frets friction, and the wear resistant and wear mechanism were compared with those of high Cr casting iron. The results show that the wear resistance of high vanadium high speed steel with 2.58% carbon is five times bigger than that of high chrome cast iron. The wear mechanism of both alloys are spalled by contact fatigue under high stress.
