轴向苏木精取代-四磺酸钛氧酞菁配合物的合成与表征 被引量:2

Synthesis and Property of Hematoxylin Axial Substituted Tetra-Sulfonate Oxy-Titanium Phthalocyanine

摘要 目的在四磺酸钛氧酞菁(TiOPcS4)的中心金属原子Ti的轴向上引入天然配体苏木精,合成轴向取代酞菁配合物———苏木精-四磺酸钛氧酞菁(TiOPcS4-hematoxylin)。方法采用高锰酸钾降解2-萘酚-6-磺酸钠合成分子碎片4-磺酸邻苯二甲酸单钾盐,通过“固相熔融法”合成四磺酸钛氧酞菁,以此为原料,DMF作溶剂,与苏木精反应合成TiOPcS4-hematoxylin,并对分子碎片以及相关化合物进行紫外光谱、红外光谱、高效液相色谱、核磁共振谱(氢谱)与热重和差热分析表征。结果表征和确定TiOPcS4-hematoxylin的组成和结构,比较TiOPcS4-hematoxylin与TiOPcS4的紫外光谱和稳定性,前者光谱红移,且配合物的热稳定性强,在水溶液中不易聚集。结论TiOPcS4-hematoxylin吸收波长略微红移,热稳定性良好,是一类有潜力的光敏剂。 Objective A new kind of axial substituted phthalocyanine was synthesized. Methods 4-sulfonic phthalic acid monopotassium salt was obtained by degradation of 2-naphthol-6-sulfonic sodium using potassium permanganate. Tetra-sulfonate oxy-titanium phthalocyanine was prepared by condensation of 4-sulfonic phthalic acid using solid phase melted method. Axial substituted tetra-sulfonate oxy-titanium phthalocyanine with hematoxylin was synthesized by using tetra-sulfonate oxy-titaniun phthalocyanine and hematoxylin as raw materials and DMF as the solvent. Results The product were determined by UV, IR, HPLC and TG-DTA. The UV maximum absorption wavelenghth of TiOPcS4-hematoxylin was 701 nm. It's thermal stability was 50℃ up than TiOPcS4. TiOPcS4-hematoxylin was not easily congregated in water and it's absorbed wavelength was some red shift. Conclusion The thermal stability of TiOPcS4-hematoxylin is well. It is a kind of potential photosensitizer for therapy of age-related macular degeneration.
