Flexible Renovation of Urban Roads in Old City Zones——With the Planning of the Branch Road Network of Hongqi District in Changsha as an Example

长沙市红旗区城市交通存在现状交通条件较差、城市格局已基本形成、地形复杂、道路路网建设和机动车增长不相适应等问题。长沙市红旗区支路网规划遵循“整体与局部相结合、理想与现实相结合、控制性与操作性相结合”的指导思想,力图实现旧城区城市道路的有机更新。

There exist with Hongqi District of Changsha city such urban traffic problems as relatively poor traffic conditions,urban layout basically formed,complex landform,incompatibility between the construction of road network and the increase of motor vehicles,etc.By following the principle of combining the whole with the part,ideal with reality, the controlled with the operational,the planning of the branch road network of Hongqi District of Changsha city tries to reach the goal of flexible renovation of the urban roads in old city zones.
