从信息管理迈向知识管理

From Information Management to Knowledge Management

中国城市规划设计研究院信息工作发展经历了传统信息工作、数字化网络化、信息管理三个阶段,在传统信息服务、电子化信息服务、队伍建设等方面取得了巨大成绩,并建立了信息工作与科研相结合的模式,但也存在着智力资源与信息资源的互动关系尚未建立、集中的空间数据管理缺位等不足。新的知识管理体系的总目标可概括为分散信息集中化、无序信息有序化、信息资源知识化、知识资本效益化。

The development of informatization of the China Academy of Urban Planning and Design has undergone three stages：traditional information work, digitalization and networking and information management.The academy has made great achievements in the fields of traditional information service, electronic information service and rank improvement and has established the pattern of combining information work with scientific research.However there is still some deficiency.For instance there are still the lack of interaction between intelligence resource and information resource and the lack of centralized spatial data management.The ultimate goal of the new knowledge management system can be summarized as centralization of decentralized information,ordering of disordered information, Intellectualiztion of information resources and profit of knowledge capital.
