The Regional Planning for City Groups of Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan takes the urban planning regions and related areas of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan as its major object of planning.It stresses the harmony between space for ecological environmental protection,the carder space for industry clusters and the space for urban development and construction.It also gives prominence to the systematization,rigidity and concretion of the regional planning.
