传承城市文脉 营造都市氛围——天津万科水晶城规划设计评析

Carrying on History,Establishing Culture and Creating the Urban Sense——Comment and Analysis on the Planning Design of Wanke Crystal Town in Tianjin

天津万科水晶城规划将原基地的环境要素与城市文脉进行沟通,对环境要素中的构件进行移植、重组、再叠加,营造兼具景观、生态及文化意义的“新街区主义”空间。水晶城的结构采取“街坊—组团—社区”三级制,将住宅的南面(入口面)设计为退台式,使宅间形成丰富的空间界面和密切的体量关系,并增加视觉的丰富性和环境上的文化关联性。水晶城整体性的街区结构、中等尺度界面空间感的塑造和微观尺度空间的处理使社区整体上的历史感和时代感得到进一步提升。

In planning of Wanke Crystal Town in Tianjin,the environmental elements of the existing base are integrated with the urban culture.The components of the elements of the environment are translplanted,refomred and reintegrated to create a space of ＂new street blockism＂ with landscape, ecological and cultural significance.The structure of the crystal town is made into one of three levels of street-cluster--community.The south of the build- ing （the entrance） is designed into a style,forming a rich spatial interface between buildings and a relationship of quantity,increasing the visual richness and the cultural connection in environment.The integrated block structure,creation of the spatial sense of medium size and the particularity of space with microcosmic size have further upgraded the overall sense of history and times of the community.
