英国社区自助建设对我国社区更新的启示

Inspiration Drawn from Self-help Construction of Community in Britain for Renewal of Community in China

借鉴英国社区自助建设的经验,我国的社区改造应以降低社会成本为目的,鼓励公众主动参与社区公共事务,将社区建设列入政府的社会经济发展规划,拓宽筹资渠道,促使地方团体与政府通力合作,建立社区规划师制度。

Using the experience of self-help com- munity construction in Britain for reference,we should take it as the aim to reduce the cost of old town reconstruction,encourage active public participation in regional public affais,put the community construction on the social and economic development plan,expand the fund raising channels,promote the full cooperation between local organizations and the government and establish the community planner system.
